Adventures in Cleveland.

I had such a good time with my step family this weekend. I know I didn't make a notice ahead of time, but I visited Cleveland again and finally saw my two cousins, Autumn and Gabriel, who I hadn't seen since my freshmen year. Wow, have they grown up...really. I was so astonished and thrilled at the same time. Autumn's now 13 and Gabe is 8. My littlest cousin, Molly, is 3. She was born a year after my dad died. Really touching and personal for me though.

But of course, that's not all of the story. Some wild things happened during my stay.

First, on Friday we got tickets to see Paranormal Activity. We took Hope, my stepsister, Wendy, stepmom, Eddy, Hope's boyfriend, and my cousin Autumn. Wendy was nervous because it was Friday the 13th, and she was trying to spook us out before the movie started.

Well, wouldn't you know it, exactly an hour into the movie, the power cuts off. There was a pause of confusion in the theater. You could imagine. It was all dark and silent, until a worker comes in with a flash light and says: "Everyone, please come into the lobby." He didn't explain what was going on, so Wendy got frightened and thought some terrorists had bombed the city. Well, it turns out that the hole town of whatever it was, the place we saw the movie, the generator had overloaded. It was a fairly large blackout too.

We walked out of the theater disappointed because we didn't get to finish the movie, but we got free readmission tickets for Saturday, which was good. As we walked in the parking lot, we couldn't help but notice a wave of police sirens and ambulances' shrieks. Wendy was like, "It's 2012 early!!"

Too weird. The next night we were able to finish the movie, so I did see the whole Paranormal Activity. Shit's scary. No, I'm serious. It's very tense...and certainly a screamer. The ending was kinda upsetting to me, but the movie was really good. It might make you motion sick though, due to the "shaky-home-move" style of filming. But other than that, really good and scary.

But other than that, I'm glad to be back home. Now it's time for me to relax. And finish shitty homework, bleh.

You don't think I'm an arrogant, do you? Besides that I was acting like a 14-15 year-old who don't like yaoi who was being (ugh....I don't want to say this) arrogant, I felt like when people called be an arrogant or said that I was being spoiled, I felt that I'm not a good person anymore. I feel like I don't know who I am anymore. Sometimes, I hate my own flaws so much, and wished that people shouldn't called me that I'm being nasty (I hate when people, including my brother, called me that). Sorry, I have some issues and I was being a little cranky today. :sadangel:

You are a good person. Listen, there's big difference from being an arrogant person and acting like one. Personally, the only reason I said that was because you totally freaked out in the journal and went on a ZnAce/Snace bashing-frenzy. I thought it was nonsense for people to get so worked up over fictional characters (which it IS, isn't it?), and that's why I said what I said.

Why do you keep asking me? The only one who determines what you are is yourself. I'm well aware that you're a good person. Everyone else is too.

Yes, I'm fully aware of that. You're obviously very active in letting everyone know precisely what you do and don't support. That's perfectly fine, but if you're going to be an anti-basher anything, then it would be rather silly to bash the Ace/Snake slash pairing.
